British Airways ARC is located along Emberton Walk at Olympia, London, W14 8FJ.

Just head up the stairs, escalators or lifts from Olympia Way to get to Level 2 of Olympia. British Airways ARC is located along Emberton Walk on Level 2, right by Olympia’s large digital screen canopy.

Tube & Train

Kensington Olympia station is 5 minutes away from British Airways ARC, served by three lines:

• Mildmay Line (Overground): For frequent services between Stratford and Clapham Junction. From May 2026, there will be extra peak-time trains on this line, with shuttle services between Clapham Junction and Shepherd’s Bush during peak hours.
• District Line (Underground): Runs a limited service between Kensington Olympia and Edgware Road on weekends/public holidays.
• Southern (National Rail): For services between Watford Junction and East Croydon.

Kensington Olympia station is wheelchair accessible and within walking distance to the venue.

• Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line, Mildmay Line, Southern Rail)
• Barons Court (District Line, Piccadilly Line)

London taxis are available outside the venue and ride-hailing services can be requested on Hammersmith Road or Blythe Road.

Step-free access

Use the Olympia Way entrance for the District line or Mildmay line northbound platforms. Use the Russell Road entrance for the Mildmay line southbound platform.

Parking

This parking area is for Blue Badge holders only. A valid Blue Badge must be presented on arrival.

How to book your parking space:

1. Visit the booking portal here
2. Click ‘Make a Booking’.
3. Select your event and date.
4. Select parking area: Service Area 1.
5. Select your vehicle type: Car, Electric Car, Van, or Electric Van.
6. Complete your booking details and submit. You will receive a confirmation with your booking pass.

Arrival & Access:

Arrival Point

• Service Area 1 and Pre-Booked Parking, 54 Hammersmith Road, W14 8UD.
• Arrive with a copy of your vehicle booking — this is required for entry at the gate.
• Present a valid Blue Badge to the marshal.
• Follow all on-site signage and marshal instructions when accessing and exiting the car park.

Vehicle Restrictions

• Maximum vehicle height: 2.8 metres.
• If your vehicle exceeds this height, contact logistics@olympia.co.uk in advance to discuss suitable access arrangements.
