British Airways ARC is a state-of-the-art venue designed for large-scale events, high-impact conferences, iconic awards and banquet dinners.

The venue offers exceptional flexibility:

 

Up to 1,632 guests in fully seated theatre style across the full venue

2,000 for a standing reception on the ground floor

Up to 460 for a banquet dinner (10 guests per 6ft round table)

 

The upper-level features balcony seating for up to 702 guests, alongside a premium VIP Lounge, the British Airways Wing, a luxury private space with 58 dedicated seats.

For conferences, the venue comfortably hosts up to 1,000 delegates, offering ample space for theatre-style seating alongside dedicated catering areas across the venue.

Back-of-house facilities include a fully equipped production office, green room, and four dressing rooms.

 

 

Food and Beverage

All bar services at British Airways ARC are operated in-house, with bespoke drinks packages or tailored beverage selections available.

We currently work with three preferred catering partners, Payne & Gunter, Clink Events, and KERB, each able to deliver catering solutions tailored to your brief. While our catering partner list will continue to expand, we would be pleased to introduce you to one of our current suppliers to discuss your requirements at this stage.

 

 

Production

The venue will be equipped with brand-new, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems.
